Hey!

Hey guys, it's me Violet! I'm so sorry I haven't posted in forever. I've just been busy with Blue Neighbourhood (it's so so so good), end of school for the year, getting ready for Christmas and procrastinating (well, mostly procrastinating). Just now I checked how many page views we have and we have reached just over 500! Thanks so so much guys for the support, we really appreciate it and I will try and post more regularly from now on. Since it's Monday and I haven't recommended anything for ages, i've decided I'll just recommend all of my favourite youtubers, music and artists. So I'll start off with music. Recently, I've been loving all of Troye Sivan's music, in particular Blue Neighbourhood, but some of my favourite songs from Blue Neighbourhood are for him. , TOO GOOD, Wild (xxyyxx remix) and LOST BOY (written as written on iTunes), but then again I love all of the songs on Blue Neighbourhood. I've also been loving a lot of MØ's music, such as New Year's Eve (which unfortunately isn't on Spotify or iTunes), Kamikaze and Don't wanna dance. I've also been loving all music from Lorde or featuring Lorde, especially Magnets (which Indie actually first showed me) and Yellow Flicker Beat. Some youtubers that I have been loving are Troye Sivan, Community Channel (or Nat), danisnotonfire, Tyler Oakley, Tyde Levi and Zach Garry (who is really annoying me because he hasn't posted in like 4 months). I will leave the links to their channels below. Also, guys, it blew my mind, but Tyde hates gum! Troye is always eating it, and it must drive Tyde wild. But how can he hate gum? Howww? He couldn't even put a piece in his mouth for a dare (Gaspppp). Well, that's my recommendations for today, hope you guys have found some music that you like from me.

Carrot Tales

Hey!
Today I am going to share with you my carrot story from Thursday.

It all started when I put my first carrot into my mouth at lunch on Thursday. Then Ruby, Lily, Violet and I saw a boy run down the ramp. He got to the last stretch of the ramp (right where we were sitting) and his pants fell down. We could all see his bottom, so obviously we all started cracking up laughing. I had carrot in my mouth and started to CHOKE on my carrot while I was still laughing historically. Anyway, I continued to eat my carrot until I had one left. I was eating my carrot as I was walking to my next class (which was science btw), and as I got to the gate with Ruby, she ran away. I turned around so I could drag her back so we could go to class, but there HE was. The guy whose pants fell down. As you could imagine, I still had carrot in my mouth and started choking yet again. Ruby started laughing again because of my facial expression apparently while I was choking on carrot. We have all been scared for life. I am NEVER eating carrot again at school.

So that's my story about carrots. Yesterday, my little brother and sister and I did a barbie hair dresser. Fun. I will post a picture of the ˙Best˙ ones later today.

Friday's youtube recommendations on Saturday w/ Violet

Hey Guys,  first of all, sorry for not posting this on Friday, I'm pathetic.

This week has been pretty big, I've had my first piano exam, my last test for the year, I've been tirelessly waiting for Blue Neighbourhood's release (I will leave a link for you to pre order it below) and realising that Christmas is just around the corner. So now I give you my Friday Youtube recommendations. My youtuber recommendations for the week are Troye Sivan and AmandasChronicles (I will leave links below to their channels). My favourite video by Amanda is probably I BROKE MY PHONE ON CAMERA and my favourite by Troye Sivan is probably between Becoming You and If websites were people. But it gets worse…upon not receiving an answer, I continued to text my teacher all weekend, asking if he was mad at me, if he was busy over the weekend, and not to mention all kinds of mushy, lovey-dovey teenager stuff. Finally on Monday morning, I realized who I had actually been texting. I walked into the classroom, my face burning with embarrassment, and my teacher told me she wasn’t mad at me, and that she ‘loved me too, babe.’ UGH.”

Hey! I'm Violet!

Hi, my name's Violet. As you already know I am a huge fan of Troye Sivan. I just pre ordered Blue Neighbourhood Deluxe over the weekend. Can anyone else not wait until December 4th? Put it in your calendar if you haven't already, cause Blue Neighbourhood comes out on December 4th!!! I would be using an overly large amount of blue hearts at the moment, but for what ever reason, I can't seem to get emojis to appear on blogs :(  Also, I will start a thing where I will recommend some songs / artists / albums every Monday evening (in Australia time cause I'm an Aussie). So I will start it off by recommending an artist, a song and an album, so I now present to you, my recommendations for this week: my artist for the week is Lorde, my song of the week is Fun by Troye Sivan (my all time fav) and my album of the week is Home by Rudimental. Hair Dyeing

Hi!

I have noticed lately that it is really popular to dye your hair. Lots of people have or are going to dye their hair. I have dyed my hair this year in a Red do-it-yourself packet from Coles. Most of my friends have dip dyed or are dyeing their hair like I said before and so am I. I am going to do my natural hair colour ombre to strawberry blonde- which is a blondie orange. Ruby is dip dyeing her hair to a minty blue and our other friend dip dyed her hair purple. They all look really cool. The point of this post is to tell you to do crazy but not dangerous things because you only live once. ~ YOLO. Dye your hair crazy colours because it will always grow back!
